C.R. Moss asks her character, Ivy Tramonto of
Sunset Temptations, some unique questions and receives some interesting answers!

~ What do you do for a living?
Ivy: I’m a Las Vegas Entertainer – dancer, actor, acrobat – and I worked in a big show on the strip.
~ Where are you from originally?
Ivy: I was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV

~ Would you go on one of the ghost hunting tours down in the city?
Ivy: Sure would! I think it’d be fun!
~ Hmmm… Being so close to Rachel, NV, Area 51, and the Extraterrestrial Highway, I have to ask – Do you or don’t you believe in aliens and UFO’s.
Ivy: Actually, I do believe in that stuff. Cue spooky music. LOL! Interesting couple of questions considering I’m in a Contemporary Chick Lit Erotic Romance story and not Paranormal. ;)
~ You have a point. Okay, we’ll get back to the smexing… What attracts you most to a potential mate?
Ivy: I really like guys who are intelligent.

~ What body part do you like most on a person?
Ivy: It’s a tie between eyes and ass for me.
~ What’s the sexiest thing you’ve noticed about your date?
Ivy: Robert’s accent. I love hearing him talk. He sure had me swooning.
~ Have you ever had sex outdoors?
Ivy: Yep! Up in the trails in the Red Rock Canyon area.
~ If you could spend a naked weekend with your partners, would you?
Ivy: Hell yes!

Can wishes come true in just one night?
* Roommates, Ivy Tramonto and Kiran Emerson, are heading out for their blind dates set up through a prestigious matchmaking service. Neither know anything about the men they’re to meet at a charity event being held in a mountain resort, but they’re looking forward to the adventure and forgetting about all their problems for an evening.
* Resort owner, Robert Bourbon, doesn’t have time to play the field, especially when he wants a polyamorous relationship. After requesting the services of Madame Eve, he’s matched with the perfect pair and believes life can’t get any better.
* Everything seems to be going great, until a mistake one of them made comes back to haunt them.
* Will they make it through the dilemma or will they miss out on having their true desires granted?
~ Excerpt ~
“Sir, Miss Tramonto and Mr. Emerson have arrived. They have checked into the suites on either side of your penthouse as you requested.” Brandan fingered the screen of his tablet, then held the device out. “I need you to sign the contract for the adventure group coming in.”
“Thank you.” He looked over the electronic document, pulled his stylus from inside his jacket, and signed it. “I’m glad they arrived a few hours before the event. It will give us all time to get to know one another.”
“Would you still like to meet Miss Tramonto first?” The adjunct one-handed typed on the screen. “There. The contract is sent. I will contact Miss Tramonto if you don’t need me for anything else.”
“Yes. Please call her suite and have her ready herself for the evening. Once she is, show her to the Juniper Patio. Don’t forget to give her the sunset-colored rose.” Robert strode over to the mirrored wall behind the built-in bar and readjusted his tie. He liked the charcoal gray against his black dress shirt.
“I won’t, sir. What of Mr. Emerson?”
“After you see Miss Tramonto to the patio, visit Mr. Emerson at his suite and tell him I’ve been detained in a meeting. Have him wait in the Shadscale Bar. I will find him there in a bit. I need to keep them separate until the right time presents itself.”
“As you wish. Also, Mrs. Lawrence is looking for you to go over the schedule for the evening.”
“Good. I’ll be right with her. Anything else?”
“No, sir.” Brandan nodded and left the room.
Robert strode over to his desk and opened the files on his matches. Ivy Tramonto’s paperwork listed her as a blue-eyed woman with honey-gold hair. It also mentioned her being an adrenaline nut who loved the outdoors. She had worked on the strip in one of the acrobat shows until recently. The same went for Kiran Emerson. Both were good looking, athletic, adventure seekers. Madame Evangeline had also said they were friends, lived together, and occasionally were intimate. Both had fantasies revolving around participating in a threesome.
Perfect. Just the kind of companions I’d hoped for.
With a chuckle, he closed the folders. He knew at least three people who’d be granted their desires tonight, even if they weren’t official charity wishes.

Your Heart My Soul's Gareth is joining us today.

Hi everyone, Daisy Banks here and today I’m interviewing a character from Your Heart My Soul. Gareth Saunders is an antiques expert, psychic and one of the all round good guys. He set out to assess the contents of a disused pawn shop and ended up in a very tricky situation.

Daisy: Hi Gareth, I’m glad you’ve been able to take a break from your schedule and join me.
Gareth: Thanks, I’m pleased to be here.
Daisy: I think your job in the antiques business sounds fascinating. Can you tell the readers a little about your role as acquisitions second?
Gareth: The Company I work for, Saunders, Sampson and Rickets, belongs to my father. Mr. Sampson, my maternal grandfather is now deceased but the name remains. Mr. Rickets does specialist work on furniture. Dad’s chief acquisitions person, I second him. When my father does retire I’ll take over his duties. Acquisition entails finding and purchasing stock for the showroom. I attend auctions, house clearances at times, local markets, and car boot sales too. Anywhere I think I might discover items the company can purchase and sell. I also give an advice service to people who need clarification of current values of goods. Often when people inherit items they are uncertain of how much they are worth. I find this aspect of my job so interesting. If an object or painting is especially valuable I can offer people information so they can make the choice to keep, or perhaps restore an item. I can also give them guidance on the best places to sell if they chose to do so. Our company is very proud of our reputation in the antiques industry.
Daisy: As I said, fascinating. I recall your special interest is in naval objects. When did you decide to focus on those items?
Gareth: I have a passion for the sea and since I was a small boy I’ve enjoyed sailing. I’ve a small boat of my own and I suppose the interest began there. Maps and charts especially the early ones appeal to me. Cartography has an amazing history. Some of the oldest maps are worth a great deal of money, globes too. I also like the day to day items that sometimes surface, such as William’s ship’s papers; they can tell us so much. I’m still learning in this field. I think it will take me a lot longer to gain the expertise to describe naval goods as my specialist interest.
Daisy: Will’s papers seemed very important, what’s happened to them?
Gareth: I’m researching them, adding more detail where I can. He certainly did travel. I’m intending to offer them to one or two of the local museum’s when my research is done.
Daisy: I believe you also have an additional skill, that of a psychic. Could you tell us a little about that?
Gareth: I don’t tend to talk about it much. People make assumptions and as I found out in my youth, sometimes those who don’t believe in such things can be aggressive in their attitude. As I explained to Miss Chesterton, I know I’ll never have enough evidence for some people.
Daisy: Can’t I coax you to say just a little more?
Gareth: My skill in is sensing things from objects. I can feel the aura, sometimes access memories an object harbors. Not all the recollections are happy, though some are. Since my first interactions I’ve thought of my work as a psychic as helping others to deal with unfinished business. My grandmother taught me to understand things that way. I do have to admit my experience in relation to Miss Chesterton’s store has to be the most intense and challenging psychic occurrence in my life so far.
Daisy: What made it so challenging?
Gareth: Dealing with my fears for Miss Chesterton. I’m convinced if I hadn’t got things right she could have been in grave danger. I had no time to consult wiser psychics and had to depend on my skills. I learned a lot and very quickly.
Daisy: Would you describe yourself as a natural hero, courageous under pressure?
Gareth: Not at all. I’m just me. I responded to a situation and did the best I could. From all I’ve heard and read, I think most people described as heroic would say the same thing. Circumstances make demands of us and we have to deal with them. Miss Chesterton was very brave throughout, an inspiration I’d say. Not every young woman would have coped as well as Libby.
Daisy: Would it be true to say your relationship with Libby is an important one?
Gareth: Indeed it would. When two people share the kind of experience we have it would be very difficult not to become involved. Libby is the most giving and courageous young woman. She is very dear to me.
Daisy: Thanks for sharing that with us, Gareth. It has been a pleasure to talk with you. One last question for you, do you think you and Libby might share other psychic linked adventures?
Gareth: I hope if we do they won’t be quite as intense as the first one. I’ve enjoyed talking with you, Daisy. Many thanks for giving me the chance to share my thoughts on events.
Daisy: Thank you, Gareth. I hope we get the chance to talk again sometime. Best wishes to you and to Libby.

Carry Me Home...Meeet Alexa, Meggie, and Jamie.

Alexa sits inside the Cuan MacDougall Pub in the Scottish Highland village of Glenhalish. A bagpipe tune filters through the speakers. A few locals sit at various tables enjoying lunch while light rain drizzles outside. With Alexa at a table close to the kitchen door are the MacDougall siblings- Jamie, the oldest, Ewan, the middle sibling and Meggie, the youngest of the family.
Alexa: Thanks to you all for taking time out of your schedules to visit with the readers and me today.
Ewan (takes Alexa’s hand and kisses it): I always like spending time with a beautiful lass.
Jamie and Meggie both groan. Jamie slaps his palm over his eyes. Meggie purses her lips and stares her brother down.
Ewan (holds his hands out, palms facing the ceiling): What?
Meggie (crosses her arms and turns to Alexa): You’ll have to excuse him. He thinks too much of himself.
Alexa: You’re forgetting, Meggie, I know EXACTLY what Ewan’s like. But let’s get to work. Tell us about the Cuan MacDougall Pub here in the village. It’s a popular place, isn’t it?
Jamie: Aye, it is. It’s the family’s pub and it’s a favorite here in the village. Our parents owned it before they passed away. Now the three of us take a part in keeping it running.
Ewan: But Jamie does the most for it. Meggie and I both have other jobs.
Alexa: Jamie, the pub almost cost you your marriage, didn’t it?
Jamie: Aye. Me wife, Mary, and I went through some rough times. I threw myself into working at the pub instead of working out the problems in our marriage.
Alexa: And what happened?
Jamie: Mary left me.
Meggie: She moved to Edinburgh for six months and sent Jamie divorce papers. (Ewan sees an attractive girl come through the pub door with some friends. He smiles and waves at her.) But Jamie refused to sign them and…Ewan!
Ewan (snaps his attention back to us): What?
Meggie (shoves his arm and rolls her eyes): It’s no wonder you’re alone. No bright lass is daft enough to stay with you and your ways.
Ewan: Oh, the lasses love me. All of them, don’t they, Alexa? (He leans forward and winks at me.)
Alexa: Ewan, please. I’m not here to talk about your love life. Jamie, Mary brought you divorce papers, but you refused to sign them, didn’t you?
Jamie: Aye. Mary’s my lass and I wasn’t about to give her up.
Alexa: Not even if it was what she really wanted?
Jamie (shaking his head and folding his arms): She didn’t know what she wanted.
Meggie: They’d been together since school, best friends early on and sweethearts later.
Ewan (gets to his feet): Excuse me. I’ll be back in a bit. (He walks to the attractive woman and her friends at the bar and continues flirting with her.)
Jamie: He’s another kind, that one.
Meggie: I often wonder if he’ll ever settle down.
Alexa: What about your love life, Meggie?
Meggie (eyes wide): My romance?
Jamie: She doesn’t have one.
Meggie (sitting still as a statue): That’s right. I dinna.
Alexa (grinning): What about Dublin?
Jamie (slowly shifts in his seat): Aye, what about Dublin?
Meggie: I went with my best friend, Catriona. We had a grand time and then we came home.
Alexa (exchanges glances with Jamie): Then why are your cheeks turning red?
Jamie (rests a forearm on his thigh): Meg?
Meggie (staring at her watch): Look at the time. We’ve got that tour coming in shortly. (She hops to her feet.) Alexa, it’s been great seeing you again. (She starts back toward the kitchen.) Take care.
Jamie (jumping to his feet): Margaret MacDougall, do you have something to tell me? (They both disappear into the kitchen.
Alexa: Well, it’s never a dull moment with the MacDougalls!
(Jamie’s story is Carry Me Home. Meggie’s story, Silent Surrender, is awaiting a release date. Ewan’s story has been submitted for consideration.)

Welcome Sofia Grey and her friends from

Interview with rock star Ella Hart and her new husband Jake Bledri

I’m ushered into a plush hotel room overlooking a rugged mountain range, in the heart of rural Wales. Despite it being the end of April, there are still traces of snow on the peaks. I’m here to catch up with Ella Hart as she completes her current tour and it’s been hinted she has something big to tell me. Recently married, this is my first chance to meet her husband and to see them together.

Ella greets me with a kiss on each cheek and leads me to a comfortable sofa. As always, she looks stunning. Her bright red curls are tied back from her porcelain smooth skin with just a few tendrils escaping. “Hello again, Olivia. How long is it since I last saw you?”

I smile at her friendliness. “Almost a year. A lot has happened since then, but you look amazing. Marriage must agree with you?”

Her cheeks colour briefly and her smile widens. “I’m very happy, thank you.” She turns her head as a side door opens and I see Jake Bledri joining us. He’s taller than I expected and broader in the shoulders, and I can see why Ella is so taken with him. He strides across the room to shake my hand in a firm grip. “Jake, this is Olivia Wright.”

“Pleased to meet you.” His accent is delicious and close to, he’s even more yummy. I have to drag my gaze away from his chiselled cheekbones and bright blue eyes. Did I say bright? They’re almost the colour of lapis lazuli, an intense blue I’ve never seen before. Does he wear coloured contacts? It’s on the tip of my tongue to ask when Ella clears her throat.

“I asked you here today, Olivia, because I wanted to share some news with you. Have you heard any rumours?”

There are always rumours about a platinum-selling rock star like Ella Hart. Mentally shaking myself to focus on the job, I count them on my fingers. “One: you’re pregnant. Two: you’re divorcing already. Three: You’re divorcing Jake because you’re pregnant with Kurt’s love child.” She laughs aloud at this one and tangles her fingers with her husband’s. He moves to stand behind her while she settles in the corner of the sofa. “Where did I get up to? Oh yes. Four: You’re going into the movies to star in Kurt’s latest blockbuster.” I shrug and smile. “They’re the main ones.”

She glances up at the man holding her hand and then turns back to me with a smile. “None of the above. I’m retiring.”

I truly didn’t expect that. Music has been Ella’s focus for the past ten years and it’s made her a household name. “Spending the last five years on the road, huh. I guess you need a break?” I try not to stare at her stomach (flat as always).

“I’m not pregnant, Olivia. But I do want to spend time with Jake, and I can’t do them both.”

A nearby phone jangles and she frowns. Reaching out to take it, she glances at the display. “I need to take this, will you give me a minute?” I nod, but she’s already getting up and leaving the room, the door closing softly behind her. My heart races. My chance to speak to her husband alone.

“Mr Bledri – can I call you Jake?”

“It’s pronounced Blay-dree.” His accent washes over me but I jump right in, conscious that Ella will be back at any moment.

“Mr Blay-dree. You’ve captured the heart of one of music’s most popular artists in recent years. She’s giving up her career for you. You must be something very special and yet the media knows nothing about you.” He shifts his feet and his eyes darken a fraction, but he stays quiet. “What can I tell the world? Everyone wants to know how you’ve done it. Do you worry that you’re her rebound guy? She was madly in love with Kurt Anderson just a few months ago.”

There’s a long pause and then the corner of his lips tilts up. I’ve amused him? I was trying to provoke a reaction. “You can tell the world that I’m madly in love with my beautiful wife, and you can ask her the question yourself when she comes back.”

He’s smart. I try another tack. “You’re Welsh, I know that.” I glance outside at the wild scenery. “Do you live near here?”

“Yes, we live in Wales.” Damn, he’s not giving anything away.

There’s still no sign of Ella, so I have another try. “How – where – did you meet Ella?”

“We met when she was taking a holiday in the Welsh mountains. I was there, she was there… we clicked.”

“She’s a rock star, used to bright lights and the city vibe, to adoring fans and media appearances. Do you worry that you’ll be enough to keep her satisfied? Surely she’ll get bored after a few months of playing house?”

Right on cue the side door opens and Ella rejoins us. She narrows her eyes at Jake and catches his hand again as she sits. “Sorry about that, did I miss anything?”

“Olivia was asking if you’ll get bored with me. Do you think you will, Cariad?” He murmurs the last word, an endearment, and my heart flips. What I’d give to have someone looking at me like that, as though I was the reason for his next breath. Ella giggles.

“It’s a good question, darling. What on earth do I see in you?” She’s teasing, I know and his wolfish grin tells me he knows it too.

“Must be my animal magnetism.”

Jake’s startling blue eyes glance at me, his eyebrows quirking and I can’t help blushing. There’s something tremendously strong about him and I have to admit, they look good together. I sigh inwardly and go back to my script. We discuss Ella’s impending retirement, her happiness with Jake and then I steer the conversation back to her very famous ex.

“So. Kurt Anderson has now divorced his wife and is single again. Any regrets that you’re no longer together?”

Ella snorts with laughter and squeezes her husband’s fingers. “You seriously have to ask that? Olivia, I have no regrets. Jake is my life now and I couldn’t be happier.”

As I pack up my things and shake both their hands, I feel a pang of envy for Ella. She has bagged a gorgeous guy who obviously dotes on her and if anyone deserves happiness it’s her. I wish them both the very best of luck.

Colonel Medoro Keegan joins us today

Perveyors of Erotic Romance Votarients Welcomes: Colonel Medoro Keegan
A Character Interview

Hi fellow PERVs, I knew you are excited as I am to welcome our guest of honor today Colonel Medoro Keegan. Recently back from his deployment on the USS Blanchard he has agreed, albeit reluctantly to sit down and talk to us.

PERV: Hi Colonel Keegan thank you for joining us. May I call you Medoro?
Col. Keegan: I'd rather you didn't. No one calls me that...well except for a couple of people and neither of them are here right now.
PERV: What shall I call you?
Col Keegan: Keegan is fine. I've been going by that for years.
PERV: Alright--
Keegan: Btw, what is a Votarient?
PERV: A devotee or ardent admirer.
<He furls his brow>
PERV: Why what's up?
Keegan: I should have known that's why my author sent me here. She's been pestering me to get out and mingle. Alright, let's begin.
PERV: So, I've read Cold Warriors and I am amazed by the type of life you lead. Before we go into that, tell us a little about yourself.
Keegan: There really isn't much to say. I was born in Fairmount, Montana. My father was a naval pilot and my mother a home maker. We lived by a local naval air station where my father was assigned. The base was the life blood of the community and once it shut down so did the town.
PERV: Did your father's military service affect your decision to join?
Keegan: Yes and no. I mean I always wondered what it was like out there <he points towards the sky outside the window> among the stars but I think I was really enthralled by his dedication and love for what he did. And traveling was a fringe benefit.
PERV: So you're saying you didn't travel much as a child?
Keegan: Because he spent so much time away from home, when he did come back we rarely ventured outside of town. And if we did, it was to see my grandparents in Great Falls. My first trip off planet was to Armstrong station. I on my way to my first deployment. It was nerve wracking but I loved it.
PERV: Fast forwarding, with the war and the subsequent loss of your wife, how did you maintain your sanity? I mean why didn't you just throw in the towel a long time ago and say to heck with it!
Keegan: And go where? Back home there was nothing for me. And plus it just seemed like was giving up and hiding. And that's not something that I do.
PERV: Have you always been this determined?
Keegan: I'm a Marine. Of course.
PERV: What about the naysayers- who would look at your life and think you've thrown it down the drain? Would you say you were fairly portrayed in the book?
Keegan: I don't care about their opinion. What matters is how I live my life and lead others. The rest is background noise. As for the book's portrayal of me, I never realized how much of my insularity was due the choices I made. I always assumed my isolation was due to the nature of my job, now I know I was wrong.
PERV: Do you have a love interest in this book?
Keegan: <He smiles briefly before his mask of seriousness returns> Yes.
PERV: And?
Keegan: Her name is Caitlin Driskoll. She is assigned to my command.
PERV: How did you to meet?
Keegan: When asked that question, Ms. Dargin advised me to say, 'that it's best for your audience to go read the book.'
PERV: Having read it, I must say, your relationship with Ms. Driskoll is very passionate to say the least. Can you give our readers a little taste?
Keegan: I guess a little wouldn't hurt.
<He hands me a strange device that looks like a smart phone on steroids.>
Keegan: Press the screen. Its already set.

As I peruse the screen, I can't help but giggle.
PERV: This is perfect.

~Excerpt~

He didn’t know what to say. His first clash with her had distracted him to the point of madness. It had been some time since he’d had such a powerful encounter with a woman. The last one to push his buttons that hard, he wound up marrying.

Caitlin was stubborn, mouthy, somewhat insubordinate, and filled with an innate force he had not seen in sometime. She had no problem in standing up for who or what she believed in. He didn’t like the feelings she stirred in him. He dare not consider them. Especially with her. She was a subordinate and a cryo. It was against regulations for him to even think of starting anything with her.

He shifted his stance. His heart pounded in his ears and breaths quickened. “Ms. Driskoll. I don’t know what you expect from me.”

“Nothing more than I expect from myself.”

Before he knew it, he crossed the distance between them and swept her into a searing kiss. He caressed her body, touching every curve. Arousal sped through his body like lightening. He dug his fingers in her hair and hungrily dominated her mouth, his tongue delving in, playing with hers. Gripping her waist, he lifted her up and placed on her the table. She arched her neck exposing her creamy skin. He nipped and bit at it enjoying its smoothness. He reached up and caressed her breasts, a need filling him to see them, taste them.

He was ready to slip off into oblivion when he remembered himself. It was the middle of the day; they were in a briefing room and would be caught. Breaking off the kiss, he raised his hands in surrender.

“Jesus,” he said in between breaths.

“What?” she panted, as she straightened her uniform.

“Please leave. Just go.” He closed his eyes, wrestling his feelings into submission. Holding them down, he shuddered. Dear God, help me. He needed her so badly. His breathing slowed to a normal rate. When he opened his eyes, she was gone.

“Sir, you’re needed on the bridge,” the voice on the com said.

“Be right there,” he replied, grateful for the distraction.

PERV: Colonel Keegan thank you so much for your time. I'm sure our ladies will be dreaming about your...eh...adventures.
Keegan: You're welcome.
